Our Beliefs

We believe wine discovery should be made easy through engagement with our knowledgeable and friendly SOMM. Gone are the days where consumers are bombarded with huge walls of wines, intimidated by store staff on their preference, lack of tastings before they buy the wines resulting in uninformed purchase decisions and limited enjoyment.

Our Concept “The SOMM Experience” 

The Retail Space - For retail customer who want to buy a bottle of wine : 

  1. Our SOMM will hand you the WINELIST
  2. Select the wine from the WINELIST and visit the retail space to buy the selected wine.
    (The wines are numbered to make it easy to spot in the retail shelves)
  3. You can also taste 20 curated wines by the glass at The Wine Bar for a more informed purchase decision.

The Wine Bar – For wine lovers who want to enjoy wine tasting :

  1. Our SOMM will hand you the WINELIST
  2. For the 20 curated wine by the glass, you can order tasting portions OR wines by the glass portions. 
  3. You can also order any bottles from our WINELIST to enjoy at the bar
  4. We serve nice selection of Caviar, Cold Cuts, Cheese, etc to enhance your wine experience.

Our Selections

Wines, our selections of more than 180 wines are curated with special focus on the main french wine producing regions allowing consumers to taste and understand the various style and grape varietals of the specific regions.

Whisky, we source rare whisky from Scotland and Japan some of which are already out of production and in collectors hand.
